企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理是從全局和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的觀點(diǎn)研究企業(yè)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下,生存與發(fā)展的重大問(wèn)題,是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人最主要的職能,在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中處于核心地位,是決定企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)成敗的關(guān)鍵。企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理是一個(gè)層次化的體系,目前的理論認(rèn)為公司戰(zhàn)略分為三個(gè)層次:公司戰(zhàn)略(Corporate Strategy)、經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略(Business Strategy)、職能戰(zhàn)略(Function Strategy),每個(gè)層次針對(duì)企業(yè)不同層次的戰(zhàn)略制定、實(shí)施和評(píng)價(jià)、控制行為進(jìn)行管理。
企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理和口碑有助于企業(yè)走向成功之路。但是不正確的戰(zhàn)略管理有時(shí)會(huì)適得其反。口碑也很重要,一個(gè)企業(yè)有了好口碑,對(duì)未來(lái)的發(fā)展打下了基礎(chǔ)。因此,戰(zhàn)略管理要遵循科學(xué)的原則。
(一)適應(yīng)環(huán)境原則 來(lái)自環(huán)境的影響力在很大程度上會(huì)影響企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)和發(fā)展方向。戰(zhàn)略的制定一定要注重企業(yè)與其所處的外部環(huán)境的互動(dòng)性。
(二)全程管理原則 戰(zhàn)略是一個(gè)過(guò)程,包括戰(zhàn)略的制定、實(shí)施、控制與評(píng)價(jià)。在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,各個(gè)階段互為支持、互為補(bǔ)充的,忽略其中任何一個(gè)階段,企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理都不可能成功。
(三)整體最優(yōu)原則 戰(zhàn)略管理要將企業(yè)視為一個(gè)整體來(lái)處理,要強(qiáng)調(diào)整體最優(yōu),而不是局部最優(yōu)。戰(zhàn)略管理不強(qiáng)調(diào)企業(yè)某一個(gè)局部或部門(mén)的重要性,而是通過(guò)制定企業(yè)的宗旨、目標(biāo)來(lái)協(xié)調(diào)各單位、各部門(mén)的活動(dòng),使他們形成合力。
(四)全員參與原則 由于戰(zhàn)略管理是全局性的,并且有一個(gè)制定、實(shí)施、控制和修訂的全過(guò)程,所以戰(zhàn)略管理絕不僅僅是企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和戰(zhàn)略管理部門(mén)的事,在戰(zhàn)略管理的全過(guò)程中,企業(yè)全體員工都將參與。
(五)反饋修正原則 戰(zhàn)略管理管理涉及的時(shí)間跨度較大,一般在五年以上。戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施過(guò)程通常分為多個(gè)階段,因此分步驟的實(shí)施整體戰(zhàn)略。在戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施過(guò)程中,環(huán)境因素可能會(huì)發(fā)生變化。此時(shí),企業(yè)只有不斷的跟蹤反饋方能保證戰(zhàn)略的適應(yīng)性。
